py-company.com is the institutional website of Yamagishi Digital LTDA (“PY”), CNPJ 65.496.802/0001-80, Campinas, São Paulo, Brazil. It exists to present the company and what it builds.

All content on this site (text, logo, visual identity) is the property of Yamagishi Digital LTDA. You may not reproduce the PY brand or logo without written permission. Reading, linking to, and sharing this site are welcome.
No warranties
This site is informational. It is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. Nothing here constitutes a contract, quote, or guarantee of service; commercial engagements are governed by their own written agreements.
Products and services
Services sold by PY & Co. and titles published by PY have their own terms, presented at the point of sale or within each one.
Payments, refunds, and cancellation
Client work is quoted per project and billed in the currency and schedule set out in the signed proposal, normally an advance and then payments tied to agreed milestones. Prices are stated before tax; any tax due is added and shown on the invoice.
Either side may cancel a project in writing at any time. On cancellation you pay for work completed and in progress up to that date, and anything already paid beyond that is refunded to the original payment method within 10 business days. Work that has been delivered and accepted is not refundable.
If a delivery does not match what the signed proposal describes, tell us within 14 days and we will correct it at no charge. If we cannot, that part of the fee is refunded.
Software published by PY is sold under its own terms, shown at the point of purchase, including the refund rules of the store it is sold through.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PY is not liable for damages arising from the use of this website.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Campinas, São Paulo.
